Delete your Nammuru account

This page is for the Nammuru app by [LEGAL NAME OF OPERATOR]. Only business owners (shopkeepers) have accounts. Customers who just search for businesses have no account and nothing to delete.

Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open Nammuru and tap Own a business? Log in or register, then log in.
2. Tap the person icon at the top, then Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you can no longer use the app, email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the email address you registered with. Write "Delete my Nammuru account" and include your business name or application reference number. We will confirm your identity and delete your account within [NUMBER] days.

What is deleted

• Your login.
• Your business listing, which disappears from the app immediately.
• Your business photos.
• Your name, email, mobile number, business phone and email.
• Your application history, review notes and change requests.

What is kept

One minimal record: your application reference number, its final status and the deletion date. It holds no name or contact details. We keep it for [RETENTION PERIOD] to handle support questions and disputes. Copies in our providers' logs or backups may remain for a limited time, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting an account cannot be undone. You can register again later with the same email address.
